The Ronald McDonald House Charities became ADPi's national philanthropy in 1979 and ever since chapters nationally have been putting on a variety of different events in order to raise money for the cause.
Our sisters also take time out of their busy schedules to do a variety of volunteer activities such as visit the Ronald McDonald House in Spokane, WA, Adopt-a-Block, Humane Society and more!
In 2018, Upsilon held our first "Lemonadpi" event where we sold lemonade and other baked goods on the Glenn Terrell mall on campus as well as our first "Burrito Bash" where we partnered with Fork in the Road catering to sell burritos on Greek Row out of their food truck.Upsilon is very excited to be working towards a goal that will be able to provide for the families in need at RMHC Spokane.
Apart from focusing on our own philanthropy, our sisters are very involved when it comes to participating in other chapters philanthropies as well. Examples of events we have participated in include: Sigma Chi Derby Days, Gamma Phi Beta Moonball, SigEp Queen of Hearts, Pike's Dream Girl and AGR Barndaze.
